Zone School Of Healing Live Events Policy
Thank you for your interest in our live events. To ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all attendees, we have established the following policy regarding ticket purchases.
Ticket purchases:
A. All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
B. Attendees who are unable to attend the originally purchased event may request a transfer to a different event, subject to availability.
C. In the event of an event cancellation or postponement initiated by our Zone School Of Healing, ticket holders will be notified promptly.
D. If an event is canceled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund.
E. If an event is postponed, tickets will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled event date. If the rescheduled date is not suitable for the ticket holder, they may be eligible for an event transfer, subject to the event transfer policy mentioned above.
Exceptions:
Our organization reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, particularly in cases of extenuating circumstances, force majeure events, or other unforeseen situations. Such exceptions will be at the discretion of our event management team.
By purchasing a ticket to our live events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the policies outlined above.
